Mission
QuSciTech Press™ publishes rigorous, practice-ready works at the intersection of quantum information science,
artificial intelligence, and systems engineering. The editorial model pairs clear architectural exposition with
executable labs and verifiable release records.
QuSciTech Press
QuSciTech Press™ is the publishing imprint for Quantum AI Systems: Theory, Architecture, and Applications
and its associated release artifacts (media assets, DOI records, and versioned provenance). Public releases are
curated for reproducibility, stable citation, and long-horizon traceability.
QuSciTech
QuSciTech provides consultation and training in quantum information science and quantum AI. It is the customer-facing
education and advisory arm of the QuSciTech ecosystem, supporting research, instructional delivery, and applied system design.
TelcoCapital
TelcoCapital™ Unified Communications, LLC provides infrastructure support, system integration, content management,
and software development across QuSciTech operations. It is the parent company and trademark holder for QuSciTech™ and QuSciTech Press™.

This Project
Quantum AI Systems: Theory, Architecture, and Applications (QAIS) presents a system-of-systems framework for
integrating quantum computing and AI into deployable, verifiable architectures. The work emphasizes operational correctness,
governance, and long-horizon stability—treating sensing, learning, verification, and trust boundaries as coupled system processes.
Design & Stress Testing
QAIS is designed as a system-of-systems, where architectural choices propagate constraints across learning, verification, and control.
CRQC-LLM™ and QALIS™ provide complementary stress-testing lenses for cryptographic relevance, adversarial exposure, and long-horizon stability.
Design decisions are evaluated through controlled scenarios, traceable artifacts, and reproducible test paths.
Editorial & DOI Policy
QuSciTech Press maintains release artifacts and DOI provenance for published materials. When a DOI is provided, it anchors the
publicly citable record of the associated work, supporting traceability and reproducibility.
